Formerly known as Red Hill Entertainment, the company was co-founded by Dana Abraham, an underrepresented actor, writer, and producer with a vision to create impactful content, and Qamar Qureshi, an MBA and CPA-bearing venture capitalist who believed in Dana’s potential to build a global media company, in 2020. Based in Toronto, the company set out to produce compelling stories for audiences around the world.

Under their leadership, Red Hill produced three feature films: She Came Back, Neon Lights, and A Hundred Lies.
 
In 2025, Dana Abraham rebranding to Red Hill Creative moving operations into his hometown of Hamilton, Ontario, named after the iconic Red Hill Creek. As the sole leader, Dana has set out with a mission to create content that bridges key partnerships with industry leaders, distributors, streamers, and broadcasters. Red Hill Creative builds on Dana's vision to amplify underrepresented voices across all disciplines of the film and TV industry, while also offering him the opportunity to step in front of the camera and further his creative journey.
